Fabrics 'N Trim Inc. has been in business since 1988, selling fabrics and trim at surprisingly low prices. Our stock is always priced well below retail, and the majority of our fabrics are $8.00 or $16.00 a yard. There is a 3 yard minimum on all purchases.

All Drapery and Upholstery fabrics are Designer quality. We only carry first quality fabrics and trim.

Services Provided
At Fabrics N' Trim, we are happy to come to your home for complimentary custom Window treatment measures, including Cornices, and Roman Shades. Reupholstery, is usually completed in 10 to 15 business days. Custom slipcovers, and bedding measures are also complimentary on site. Just bring your Outdoor cushions and pillows into the store, Browse from our racks of $8.00 or $16.00 yard first quality Sunbrella fabrics, make your selection, and leave the rest to us! Dining wrapped seats start as low as $49.00 each, excluding fabric, and Outdoor cushions start as low as $59.00 each, excluding fabric. There is never a fee if you bring in your own fabric.
